Determined to help others through yoga, I started teaching in 2018. My mission as a teacher is to create a safe, non-judgemental, and light-hearted space, to allow my students to grow at their pace. My biggest goal is to empower people to develop their practice and feel confident on the mat. I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, with yoga at the forefront of this.
My approach in classes is based on finding a balance between modern science and the rooted traditions of yoga. By combining anatomically safe movement with the wisdom of ancient practice, I aim to make yoga accessible for all.
